The practice works principally in the private sector on commercial, retail, leisure and residential projects ranging in value from £250,000 to £15 million. The staff are dedicated to the pursuit of design excellence, project management and cost control, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.

We recognise the importance of information technology and we have placed a substantial investment in a high specification computer network and internet connection for the production of both presentation and working drawings. This investment allows the practice to respond quickly to client requirements and to communicate efficiently with contractors and consultants.

We also strive to minimise our own impact on the environment by making sustainability a fundamental part of the way we operate and approach the design process.

Halliday Ramsay is a RIBA Registered Practice and fully participant in the RIBA Chartered Practice scheme. The practice has professional indemnity insurance cover of £2 million for each and every claim. We operate a Quality Management System and have an ISO 9001 accreditation. We implement a Health and Safety policy and each member of staff sits a CSCS construction site visitor exam. Staff attend regular CPD seminars and management courses to ensure continued enhancement of their knowledge and skills.
